Player Injury Insurance Ticket Fee
Things have changed quite a bit here in Ogden since we became an Independent MLB Partner League back in 2021.
Most notable, the players are being paid by directly and no longer by the MLB affiliate as it was back in the Affiliated days. A knock-on effect from the players being paid directly is one of the necessary costs to properly take care of the players is their Player Injury Insurance. Unfortunately, those insurance rates for players have skyrocketed.
To offset these additional costs, there has been a $1.00 fee added to each ticket. Please know that 100% of this fee goes directly to the players' well-being and injury rehabilitation.
