Oggie Appearances

As the representative of the Ogden Raptors Professional Baseball Team, Oggie enjoys going out into the community on appearances and entertaining Raptor fans and children throughout Weber County and surrounding areas.

If you would like to request an appearance, organizations must complete the Oggie Appearance Form at least four (4) weeks of the event and email at homerun@ogden-raptors.com or mail it to the Main Office listed on the form. (To e-mail a completed PDF: save the document to your computer, fill out the requested information, re-save, then send as an attachment in an e-mail.)

             

  • Requests are booked on a first come, first served basis.
  • Due to the number of requests, not all appearances are guaranteed.
  • Oggie is available for appearances of varying time, anywhere from one (1) to three (3) hours.
  • Organization must provide a private location for Oggie to prepare for the appearance and for breaks.
  • Oggie must have a dedicated escort for the length of his appearance at the event. This can either be an Ogden Raptors Staff Member or an Event Representative.
  • Oggie must be allowed to take a 15-minute break for each hour of his appearance.
  • For events less than 25 miles away from Lindquist Field, there is no travel fee. If the event is more than 25 miles and less than 60 miles from Lindquist Field, the travel fee is $20. Beyond 60 miles beyond Lindquist Field will be considered and negotiated on a case-by-case basis. All payments must be received at least 72 hours prior to the event.
